Art Nirman Limited is an India-based company engaged in the business of real estate development and allied activities. It is involved in constructing residential and commercial complexes, with operations across the real estate business, from residential, commercial, and plotting projects to land development. It operates in a single segment of construction of various Residential and Commercial schemes. It constructs and develops houses, bungalows, row houses, farmhouses, resorts, schools, factories, mines, and amusement parks. Its projects include Shree Vishnudhara Home, Shree Vishnudhara Crossroad, and Shree Vishnudhara Gardens. It is also engaged in the preparation and dealing in materials necessary for building, carrying on business as building contractors, acquiring land and plots for colonization or otherwise, selling plots, constructing special economic zones and industrial parks, and managing all types of construction, developmental, and infrastructure work in all its branches.
