It is engaged in the manufacturing of ethanol amines, alkyl alkanolamines, non-ionic surfactants, oil field chemicals, polyethylene glycol, leing inhibitor for aviation fuel, acrylic and co-acrylic binder glycol ether, auxiliaries and specialty chemical hydraulic brake fluid, radiator coolant and others. It supplies these products to various industries, such as textile, mineral oil, pesticide, leather, paper, pharmaceutical, manmade fabric, paint, automobile, aircraft, refinery and others as a raw material or an auxiliary chemical. The Company also manufactures glycol and surfacture bases of ethylene oxide.
