Vikas Lifecare Ltd is a New Delhi-based manufacturer and supplier of plastic and PVC products. It is a public company and is listed on both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange.

The company’s core business is the production of synthetic and natural rubber, polymer and rubber compounds and specialty additives for plastics.

In addition to its core business, Vikas Lifecare has diversified into producing up-cycled materials from industrial and post-consumer waste and scrap products. Recycled materials have contributed to environmental protection and meeting the extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations of the government.

Vikas Lifecare is a del-credere agent of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, producing a wide variety of base polymers and commodity plastic raw materials.

Vikas Lifecare has an agro products business vertical and is empanelled with The National Agricultural Cooperative Federation of India and the Uttar Pradesh Horticultural Co-Operative Marketing Federation.

The company most recently diversified beyond raw materials (B2B businesses) and made a foray into the B2C segment with consumer products for FMCG, agro and infrastructure segments. The company expanded in the business vertical via acquisitions, joint ventures and tie-ups.

As part of its expansion strategy, Vikas Lifecare holds a 95% stake in Genesis Gas Solutions Pvt Ltd. Genesis is involved in the supply of smart gas metres to major gas distribution companies for domestic and commercial consumers. Genesis commands about 20% of the domestic gas metering business share in India.

Vikas Lifecare also has a 51.38% stake in Shashi Beriwal & Co Pvt Ltd which manufactures packaged beverages including fruit juices and aerated drinks. It also produces Energy Drinks. Shashi Beriwal & Co has a manufacturing unit in Sonipat, Haryana.

Vikas Lifecare also holds a 30% stake in FMCG retail chain stores Ardh Sainik Canteen.

Business operations

Polymer and Chemical

Vikas Lifecare is engaged in the trading and manufacturing of polymer compounds such as PVC compounds, BASE polymers, additives and chemicals. It also up-cycles polymer compounds. It has an R&D lab to check final products.

FMCG-agro products

The company has ventured into the FMCG business segment. The vertical comprises branded packaged foods, agri commodities and personal care products. It is also involved in the trading of raw and finished cashew nuts and rice.

Infra Products

Vikas Lifecare has ventured into food-grade piping systems for drinking water under the Jal Jeevan Mission. It sources and supplies food-grade plastic raw materials for food and drinking water contact applications of plastic piping systems, steel fittings and steel bars.

Smart Products

The company is making a foray into futuristic and unique product lines. Vikas Lifecare’s arm Genesis Gas Solutions Private Limited develops smart gas metres & power distribution solutions for the infrastructure sector.

The market capitalisation of the company is over ₹900 crore as of January 11, 2024. Vikas Lifecare share price has gained over 30% in the last three years.

• Vikas Lifecare reported an operating profit of ₹35.27 crore in Mar 2026, compared with ₹33.18 crore in Dec 2025, representing an increase of 206.30% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis.
• Vikas Lifecare reported a profit of ₹41.60 crore in Mar 2026, compared with ₹29.28 crore in Dec 2025, reflecting an increase of 242.08% on a QoQ basis.
• The earnings per share (EPS) of Vikas Lifecare stood at ₹0.06 during Mar 2026.
