About TERAI TEA CO.LTD.
Terai Tea Company Ltd. is an India-based tea manufacturing company, which is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of tea and trading in agricultural merchandise. The Company has various units under its fold, including Bagdogra Tea Estate, CTC Tea Factory (Terai Tea Factory Unit) and Adhikari Tea Factory Unit. Bagdogra Tea Estate is a tea garden in the Terai Region of North Bengal, approximately 15 kilometers (km) away. The total grant area is approximately 687.17 acres and produces 25,00,000 kilograms (kg) of tea made annually out of its own leaves and brought tea leaves. The Company has set up the Terai Tea Factory Unit to produce CTC tea from the green leaf purchased from different suppliers. Adhikari Tea Factory Unit has a present installed capacity of the unit 25,00,000 kgs of CTC tea per annum. Terai Retailors Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for exploration and expansion of the Real Estate Business in the West Bengal Market.
