Solvex Edibles Limited is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing and selling of Solvent Extracted Rice Bran Oil and other by-products, such as De-oiled Cakes - Rice Bran, Rice Bran and Mustard Oil, Mustard Cakes, and Deoiled Mustard Cakes. It produces De-oiled Cakes Rice Bran (DORB), which is a by-product in the extraction of Rice Bran Oil and sells the same as cattle feed, poultry feed and fish feed in various states of India. DORB is derived when crude oil is extracted from rice bran. DORB is commonly used in the production of animal nutrition products, catering to cattle, poultry, horse, pet care, aquaculture (aquafeed), and swine industries. Rice bran oil is the oil extracted from the hard outer brown layer of rice called bran. It sells its products in 18 states, including Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Punjab, Gujarat and others. Its manufacturing facility is situated at Kemri, District Bilaspur, Uttar Pradesh.
