Vijay Solvex Limited is an India-based company that diversified into Food Processing (edible oils), Ceramics and Power Generation. The Company operates through three segments: Edible Oils, Ceramics and Wind Power Generation. The Edible Oil segment includes vanaspati ghee, edible oils, oil cake and de-oiled cake, among others. The Ceramics segment includes insulators. The Wind Power segment includes electricity generation from wind power generators. The major products which it manufactures and markets are mustard oil (Kachchi Ghani and Pakki Ghani), vanaspati ghee, and refined soyabean/mustard oil under the SCOOTER brand. The Ceramics division is engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of fine bone China tableware, decorative ceramic items, gray insulators and H.T. porcelain insulators. It is exporting its products to countries like the United Kingdom, Germany, Hungary, the Middle East, Sri Lanka, the United States, and others. Its plant locations include Alwar, Jaipur and Jaisalmer.
