Its properties are located in Rakchham, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh and in the state of Goa. The Company's portfolio of properties consists of Osiya Shambhu Lodge at Rakchham - Leased Property, Osiya Shoshla Cafe - Leased Property, Osiya Rangnoo Rakchham Retreat - Leased Property, Osiya Tashi Dolma Home stay - Marketing & Branding, Osiya Baba Inn Guest Home - Marketing & Branding and Dona Sa Maria - Own Property. The Osiya Shambhu lodge has approximately 13 rooms which are divided into three categories. The Osiya Rangnoo Rakchham Retreat hotel has approximately 11 cottages all made out of local red stone along with the roof made out of local tiles.
