The Company is engaged in the business of running hotels, resorts, restaurants and cafes and other allied touristic activities. The Company operates in the mid-priced hotel sector, consisting of the upper-midscale, midscale and economy hotel segments. Its properties are located in Rakchham, Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh and in the state of Goa. The Company's portfolio of properties consists of Osiya Shambhu Lodge at Rakchham - Leased Property, Osiya Shoshla Cafe - Leased Property, Osiya Rangnoo Rakchham Retreat - Leased Property, Osiya Tashi Dolma Home stay - Marketing & Branding, Osiya Baba Inn Guest Home - Marketing & Branding and Dona Sa Maria - Own Property. The Osiya Shambhu lodge has approximately 13 rooms which are divided into three categories. The Osiya Rangnoo Rakchham Retreat hotel has approximately 11 cottages all made out of local red stone along with the roof made out of local tiles.
