Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is an India-based company operating in the leisure hospitality industry. The Company is engaged in the business of the sale of vacation ownership and accommodation-related services in India. It also provides holiday facilities. Club Mahindra is the Company’s product in the vacation ownership business, offering members a one-week holiday every year. The Company operates various resorts in India and abroad, providing Club Mahindra members access to over 160 resorts across India, Asia and Europe. Its resorts in India are located in states such as Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Puducherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, and others. The Company’s subsidiaries include Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Holiday Club Sweden AB Are, Ownership Services Sweden AB, Holiday Club Sport and Spa Hotels AB, Keskinainen Kiinteisto Oy Salla Star, Holiday Club Canarias Resort Management S.L, and others.
