Ras Resorts and Apart Hotels Limited is an India-based company engaged in the business of owning and operating hotel and resort. The Company operates through two segments: Hoteliering and Real Estate. Its resort offers approximately 100 rooms, including standard, deluxe and executive-style rooms. Its resort facilities include baby pool and adult pool, Santa Maria Wellness Center, Kerala Ayurvedic Massage, restaurants and bars, Docaria Cake shop, conference/banquet halls, open air party venues, laundry, foreign currency encashment, car rental, and children's playscape - playground equipped with swings, see-saw and others. It offers a range of restaurants, including Bistro-the feast village, The Banyan Tree Lounge and Bar, and The Banyan Tree Outdoor. The Company provides entertainment, including Housie, magic shows, live bands and discos. It offers three conference halls, auditoriums and meeting rooms, SABHA, SAMVAAD (E) and SAMVAAD (W) equipped with various facilities.
