Maximus International Limited is an India-based company that is engaged in the trading of oils and chemicals. The Company's businesses include manufacturing specialty, industrial, and automotive lubricants such as metal working fluids, heat transfer fluids, hydraulic fluids, and refrigeration oils, and sourcing and distribution of petrochemical products such as lubricant additives, mineral distillates, and alkyl benzenes. The Company caters its products to industries such as automotive, metal working, refrigeration, electrical, paint, and ink industries. The Company's operations comprise only one segment which is trading in oils. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries - Maximus Global FZE (MGF) and MX Africa Limited (MXAL). MGF is engaged in marketing and export of specialty, industrial, and automotive lubricants. MXAL is engaged in marketing and distribution of specialty, industrial, and automotive lubricants, specialty chemicals, and other value-added products.
