Kothari Fermentation and Biochem Limited is an India-based manufacturer of yeast and its derivatives. The Company manufactures various types of Yeast, such as Baker’s Yeast, Nutritional Yeast, Feed Yeast, Seasoning Yeast, Distiller Yeast, and Bio-ethanol Yeast. The Company has only one segment and is engaged in yeast manufacturing. The brand names of the Company include Kothari Sunrise, KF, Super Fast Instant Yeast, Alcomax Distiller’s Instant Yeast and Four Seasons. It develops technologies for various yeast-based products needed for bakeries, distilleries, feeds, foods, pharmaceuticals & biotechnology industries. The Company has an installed capacity of 25000 megatons (MT) and an operative capacity of 21000 MT per annum. The factory of the Company is situated at Village Rajarampur, Industrial Area, Sikandrabed, District. Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, which is approximately 50 kilometers (km) away from New Delhi (India).
