The Company is engaged in the business of operating a three-star category hotel (namely Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace) and restaurant (namely Azure Restaurant). The Company operates through the Hoteliering segment. The Grand Mercure Vadodara Surya Palace is a business hotel in Vadodara city with 146 guest rooms, six large and medium banquet halls, a boardroom, restaurant, swimming pool, health club, liquor shop and many other amenities. The Company serves various multinational corporations (MNC's), corporate, public-sector undertakings (PSU's), and private sector units.
