The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, producing, importing, exporting and dealing in total healthcare solutions in ayurvedic, homeopathic and allopathic medicines. It also carries out medical and clinical audits, medical, healthcare, and hospital facility planning from concept to commissioning and post commissioning managing healthcare institutions of any kind, public or private. The Company’s business also includes establishing and running hospitals/healthcare institutions, diagnostic centers, health spas, wellness centers, pathology, life science and stem cell depositories. It also provides support services such as housekeeping, security, technical and clinical, paramedical and nursing human resources to healthcare and other organizations. It launches hospitals and develops strategic concepts and business development policies for healthcare and health solutions.
