Himalaya Food International Limited is a food processing company. The Company is engaged in the growing and processing of mushrooms and manufacturing of individually quick frozen (IQF) ready-to-eat items. The Company is focused on mushroom-based products, cheese, sweets and appetizers. Its mushroom products include Button Mushroom and Slice Mushrooms. Its potato products include French Fries, Hash Brown and Vegetable Samosa. Its frozen appetizers include French Toast Sticks and Vegetable Burgers. Its sweet products include milk cake, Kaju Katli, Kaju Pista Roll, Motichoor Ladoo, Mathura Peda, Thabdi Peda, Kesar Peda, Besan Ladoo and others. The Company exports its products to the United States and sells them domestically. The Company owns and operates two modern facilities in North and West India. The Company’s brands include Himalya, Chef Ernesto, Himalaya Food Company, Himalaya Mushrooms and others.
