Gillanders Arbuthnot & Company Limited is an India-based company that primarily deals in tea, textiles, and engineering, procurement, and construction. The Company operates in four segments, namely Textiles, Tea, Engineering and Property. The Textile segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of yarn made of cotton and artificial fiber through acrylic, polyester, viscose staple, and blends thereof. The Tea segment manufactures and sells tea. The Engineering segment (MICCO) is engaged in the manufacture and sale of structural steel, pipes and equipment, and the designing, supplying, erectioning, and commissioning of projects on a turnkey basis. The Property segment is engaged in letting out property for rent. The Company's subsidiary is Gillanders Holdings (Mauritius) Limited.
