Genpharmasec Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the distribution of diagnostic pharma equipment and trading of securities. The Company’s segments include Pharmaceuticals, Trading in Securities, and Laboratory Testing. The Trading in Securities segment invests in the secondary securities market. The Company holds rights to the distribution of equipment, such as i-STAT Analyzers and its Cartridges, manufactured by Abbott Point of Care, USA, all over India. The i-STAT Analyzer is a blood analyzer used in Intensive Care Units (ICUs) of hospitals and provides test results in approximately 10 minutes. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiary includes M/s. Clinigenome India Private Limited.
