Competent Automobiles Company Limited is an India-based company. The Company is the authorized dealer of Maruti Suzuki India Limited for Delhi, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh areas. The Company operates through two segments: Showroom and Services & Spares. The Showroom segment deals with the purchase and sales of vehicles manufactured by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. The Service and Spares segment includes servicing of Maruti vehicles and sale of their spare parts. Its brands include Maruti Suzuki Arena and Nexa. The Company’s Maruti dealership in India offers sales and service of Maruti cars across approximately 19 outlets located in Delhi, Haryana, and Himachal. Its NEXA outlets are located in approximately seven locations in Delhi, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. It has one subsidiary, namely Competent Kashmir Automobiles Private Limited.
