Bharat Agri Fert and Realty Limited is engaged in the construction and development of residential and commercial complexes, the manufacture of fertilizers and theme-based hospitality sector resorts. Its segments include Construction, which includes the sale of residential flats; Fertilizer, which includes the sale of a single super phosphate; Resort that offers room/unit accommodation and services provided by a theme-based resort; and Others. Its real estate project includes Wembley 24, which is a high-rise tower of 60 floors in Majiwada, Thane that has approximately 457 residential flats of two- and three-bedrooms, a hall and kitchen providing amenities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, gardens, clubhouse, and more. Its hospitality business features Anchaviyo Resort, which has approximately 80 theme-based rooms offering various types of accommodation, including Mud Houses, Log Cabins, Bougainvillea, Historic Rooms, Boho Rooms, The Little Nell, Barrel Room and Igloo.
