Bhanderi Infracon Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of real estate/ real estate development and incidental services. It is engaged in buying, selling, development, re-development of properties, investments in joint ventures, investments in partnerships, and investment in completed/partially completed/upcoming projects. It operates through two segments: Real Estate and Trading in Grocery. Its projects include Siddheshwar Hill Square, Siddheshwar Happiness, and Dharnidhar Homes. It provides land development/construction services for the sectors, such as Residential, in which it constructs residential buildings; Commercial, which consists of the construction of structures, such as commercial offices and shops, and Industrial, which consists of the construction of factories, sheds and workshops. Its subsidiaries include Bhanderi Gandhinagar Projects Private Limited and Bhanderi Pethapur Projects Private Limited.
