Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works Limited is an India-based company that manufactures textile machinery used in post-spinning operations and also has a textile unit producing yarn and knitted fabrics. The Company operates through two segments: Engineering and Textile. Its Textile division has a spinning mill of capacity of around 17904 spindles. It is equipped with machines to produce knitted fabrics and twisting machines to sell the yarn with value addition. The Company offers its products under two categories, including Random Assembly Winder, and Two for One (TFO) Twister. It also manufactures Precision Assembly Winders. The Textile Division is located at Thekkampatti in Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District. The Company also has windmills installed at Kethanur (Tirupur District), Sinjuwadi (Coimbatore District) and Irukanthurai and Radhapuram (Tirunelveli District). The total Capacity is 4.05 megawatt (MW). The Textile unit also has roof top solar panels for a capacity of 1 MW.
