Usha Financial Services Limited is an India-based non-banking finance company (NBFC). The Company provides lending solutions to fellow NBFCs and corporates; micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and individual, particularly to women entrepreneurs. Its services also extend to electric vehicle (EV) financing. Its business model includes retail lending and wholesale lending. Its retail lending business model includes green finance lending, and MSMEs including shopkeepers and individual. Under the green finance lending, it provides financial support for initiatives that promote environmental sustainability, such as EV and E-battery financing. This lending is facilitated through authorized dealers who distribute and support these EV and E- Battery. Under the wholesale lending business model, the Company offers financing solutions to fellow NBFCs for further lending to individual consumers or businesses and other body corporates for their working capital requirement.
