The Company operates in the construction and development of residential and commercial projects. The Company is developing residential projects that are located in Pune and Panvel. Its projects include Belmac Residences, Belmac Riverside, Belmac Codename, and Belmac Infinity. The Belmac Residences is a luxury project located in New Kalyani Nagar, which comprises approximately six towers and offers a lifestyle covering approximately six acres. The Belmac Riverside is a township project in the prime city of Panvel, which covers over 5.5 acres of land parcel, has five towers comprising dedicated 85.5% of open spaces. The Belmac Infinity consists of one bedroom, hall and kitchen (BHK) and two BHK apartments. Belmac Infinity is located beside the Panvel-Matheran road.
