Star Housing Finance Limited is an India-based rural focused housing finance company. The Company provides long term housing finance assistance to economically weaker section/low-income group (EWS/LIG) families towards purchase/construction of low-cost housing units (affordable housing) in its operational geographies. It provides loans for purchase/construction/repairs and renovation of residential houses/flats/colonies, and all other activities of the Company revolve around the main business of financing against properties. Its product categories include regular housing loan and rural housing loan. Its regular housing loans include new purchase/resale, construction loans, composite loans, and improvement/extension loans. Its rural housing loans include Nayi Manzil Griha Loan, Pakka Ghar Loan, Vikas Griha Loan, Nayi Peedhi Griha Loan and Sulabh Swachhta. It has a presence across states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, national capital region (NCR) and Tamil Nadu.
