Its regular housing loans include new purchase/resale, construction loans, composite loans, and improvement/extension loans. Its rural housing loans include Nayi Manzil Griha Loan, Pakka Ghar Loan, Vikas Griha Loan, Nayi Peedhi Griha Loan and Sulabh Swachhta. It has a presence across states of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, national capital region (NCR) and Tamil Nadu.
