Sayaji Industries Limited is an India-based manufacturer of maize starch and its derivatives. The Company's segments include Agro Processing-Maize, Agri Seeds and Spray Dried Food Products. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing starches, modified starches as well as other derivatives like liquid glucose, dextrose monohydrate, dextrose anhydrous, sorbitol and its bye-products like maize oil, maize gluten. It is engaged in the manufacturing of spray dried food products, such as tomato powder and other vegetable and fruit-based powders, nondairy creamer and other such spray dried products. The Company's products have applications in various industries, such as textile, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, paper and packaging, confectionary, soap and detergent, and seed. Its liquid glucose product is used in food products, such as jams, jellies, chewing gums and canned fruits to prevent spoilage. The Company's subsidiary is Sayaji Seeds LLP.
