It has since transferred its business operations to the company through a collaboration agreement. Its other subsidiary Imoogi Fashions Private Limited specialises in the manufacturing, processing and sale of premium hosiery and casual wear products for the female and kids segments under the brand Femmora. Oban Fashions Private Limited is engaged in the trading of yarn, while Rupa Fashions Private Limited, incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary, is engaged in manufacturing and trading activities.
