The Company has a single operating segment, namely property development. The property development segment is classified into categories comprising residential apartments, celebrity houses, commercial properties, and malls. It engages in urban properties having projects located in the Western suburbs of Mumbai. The Company’s properties are situated in prime localities, consisting of units larger than normal size and having an area of approximately 2000 square feet (sq. ft) and above with various amenities. In the commercial property business, the Company builds approximately 5000 sq. ft. plus units for shops, showrooms and offices as well as construction of composite shopping mall projects with multiplexes and food court. Its projects include Prime Pune Mall, Prime Tech Park, and Prime Square.
