The Company's products are categorized into retail products, which are intended for individuals and families, and group products, which are intended for employers and employees, as well as third parties such as customers of banks and other corporate agents. Its businesses include health insurance, personal accident and travel insurance. Its health insurance business includes both indemnity-based and benefit-based health insurance products which are offered to retail and group customers. Its personal accident business includes primarily benefit-based products offered to retail and group customers. Its travel insurance business includes a combination of indemnity-based and benefit-based products, along with travel inconvenience benefits. Its travel insurance products are offered to retail and group customers, including domestic and international travelers.
