Maple Infrastructure Trust is an infrastructure investment trust that focuses on the operation and acquisition of road assets in India. It has seven toll road highway assets, which include Shree Jagannath Expressways Private Limited (SJEPL), the NCR Eastern Peripheral Expressway Private Limited, Bhandara Tollway Limited, Dhankuni Kharagpur Tollway Ltd, Belgaum Dharwad Tollway Ltd, Sambalpur Baragarh Tollway Ltd, and Durg Baghnadi Tollway Limited. SJEPL operates an over 67-kilometres, six-lane expressway that connects Bhubaneshwar, the state capital of Odisha, with Chandikhole on NH-16 with one toll plaza. This expressway is a part of the Golden Quadrilateral Eastern Peripheral Expressway around route, which spans from linking India’s major cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata. NCR Eastern Peripheral Expressway is a closed-loop, access-controlled expressway. The Company’s investment manager is Maple Infra InvIT Investment Manager Private Limited.
