IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, formerly India Grid Trust, is an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT) in the power transmission sector. It owns, operates, and manages power transmission networks and renewable energy assets that deliver reliable power throughout India. The Company’s portfolio assets consist of forty-one power projects comprising of 17 operational transmission projects, three greenfield transmission project, 19 solar generation projects, and two under-construction BESS projects located across 20 states and two union territory in India. These projects comprise of 46 EHV overhead power transmission lines, comprising ten 765 kV transmission lines, thirty-three 400 kV transmission lines and three 132 kV transmission lines, with a total circuit length of approximately 8,468 ckms, thirteen substations with approximately 17,550 MVA of transformation capacity, and 19 solar generation facilities with ~855 MW (AC) capacity.
