Knowledge Realty Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and manages an office portfolio in India. Its portfolio comprises six city-center offices and 24 business parks/centers, with some of its assets being developments in their respective sub-markets. Its portfolio assets house a diversified tenant mix of prominent multinational tenants, including Fortune 500 companies and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), as well as domestic corporates. Its portfolio assets are spread across six cities, namely Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurugram and Gift City, Ahmedabad. Its commercial assets include Cessna Business Park, Exora Business Park, One Trade Tower, Sattva Softzone, Sattva Knowledge Court, Sattva Magnificia, Sattva Premia and others. Its Kosmo One is a business park situated in the Ambattur sub-market of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. One Qube is a business park situated in the NH-8 sub-market of Gurugram, Haryana.
