Embassy Office Parks REIT is an India-based real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company’s operating segments include Commercial Offices, Hospitality and Other. It owns and operates an approximately 51.2 million square feet (msf) portfolio of ten infrastructure-like office parks and four city-center office buildings in the office markets of Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and the National Capital Region (NCR) and Chennai. The Company’s portfolio comprises approximately 40.4 msf completed operating area and is home to 274 companies. The portfolio also comprises strategic amenities, including four operational business hotels, two under-construction hotels, and 100 megawatts (MW) solar park supplying renewable energy to tenants.
