Brookfield India Real Estate Trust is an India-based institutionally managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company is primarily engaged in the activity of a real estate investment trust, as permissible under the REIT Regulations, to raise funds through the REIT, to make Investments in accordance with the REIT Regulations and the Investment Strategy and to carry on the activities as may be required for operating the REIT, including incidental and ancillary matters thereto. Its portfolio consists of over 29.0 million square feet (MSF) of total leasable area, comprising 24.5 MSF of operating area, 0.6 MSF of under construction area and 3.9 MSF of future development potential. The Company's assets include Downtown Powai, Candor TechSpace, Sector 48, Candor TechSpace, Sector 21, Candor TechSpace, Sector 62, and others. It has about 10 integrated office parks located in various parts of India. Brookprop Management Services Private Limited serves as the manager of the Company.
