About KG DENIM
K G Denim Limited is an India-based denim fabric manufacturer. The Company’s business is manufacturing and selling denim fabric, apparel fabric, ready-made garments, and home textiles products. It is also having a power plant for captive consumption of power and steam and also sells power units to outside parties. The Company operates through three segments: Textile, Garments, and Power. Its Fabric division is engaged in manufacturing and selling denim and apparel fabric. Its Home Textile division is a manufacturer and seller of home textiles products in the export market only and most of the products are exported to the United States (US) and Europe. Its subsidiaries include Trigger Apparels Limited and KG Denim (USA) Inc. Trigger Apparels Limited is engaged in the marketing of readymade garments.
