Interise Trust (the Trust) is an India-based infrastructure investment trust. The Trust invests in infrastructure assets primarily in the road sector in India. The activities of the Trust include investing in infrastructure assets primarily in the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) in the road sector. The Trust portfolio consists of the Specified Companies comprising 17 Build Operate Transfer (BOT)/Annuity Road Assets across eight states and a network of approximately 7,300 lane kilometers.
