India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited is an India-based retail focused affordable housing finance company. The Company is engaged in providing secured retail home loans, home equity loans, and loans against property to borrowers. The Company provides credit for middle-income households for the purchase or construction of residential properties and for the extension and repair of existing housing units. It provides home loans for new construction, and property purchases for renovations and repairs. Its loan products include Home Loan, Loan Against Property, Home Renovation loans, and Purchase + Construction Loan. Its loans against property primarily include self-occupied residential properties. It also provides credits under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Its subsidiary is India Shelter Capital Finance Limited.
