Hindustan Motors Limited is an India-based company, which is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of vehicles, spare parts of vehicles, steel products, and components. It has a single operating segment, namely Automobiles. The Company is also engaged in the trading of spare parts of vehicles. The automobile division at Uttarpara is engaged in the manufacture of the iconic Ambassador and light commercial vehicle Winner. Its Pithampur (Madhya Pradesh) plant produces 1800 cc compressed natural gas (CNG) and other variants of vehicle Winner.
