Its mills are located in Gokak Falls, Belagavi, Karnataka. Its knitwear unit is located in Marihal, Belagavi, Karnataka. The Company, through its subsidiary, Gokak Power & Energy Limited, is engaged in generation of hydro-electric power and other renewable and non-renewable sources of energy.
