Global Offshore Services Limited is an India-based company engaged in the business of owning, operating and chartering offshore support vessels. The Company is engaged in providing offshore support services to exploration and production companies. Its vessels support oil and gas exploration activities, and offshore projects. The Company operates through the charter of the offshore support vessel segment. Its vessels support oil and gas exploration efforts involving transport of personnel to rigs / platforms from onshore bases and vice-versa; delivery of cargo / material to rigs / platforms; anchor handling operations; towing of rigs from one location to another, and support to offshore / underwater construction projects. The Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) owned and operated by the Company are deployed in India. Its subsidiaries include Garware Offshore International Services Pte. Ltd., and Global Offshore Services B.V.
