Esaar (India) Limited is an India-based non-banking financial company engaged in providing asset finance. The Company's business includes retail credit and startup loan. Its retail credit business includes home loans, business loans, personal loans, education, vehicle loans, agri and rural financing, demand loans, loans against securities, project loans, lease rental discounting, loans against property and commercial property loans. The Company's startup loan business includes startup loans, mentorship and seed funding. It offers home loan solutions to its customers for the construction, purchase, repair and renovation of residential units. It offers a range of customized business loan solutions suited for its customer's business requirements. Its agri-and rural financing product covers farmer funding, loans for agri-traders and processors, food processing firms, crop loans and horticulture loans, and others. It offers two types of loans to startups: unsecured loans and secured loans.
