Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in manufacturing, marketing, and processing of textiles and allied products/services and power generation. The Company operates in two segments: Process Division and Fabric Division. It offers a range of fabric and yarn products, which includes 100% cotton, 100% Polyester, Blended, Lycra as a pure white, Reactive or Pure Dyed, Pigment, Reactive Prints, Vat Dyed Cotton, Rayon, and Polyester/Blended Yarn. The Company’s weaving unit consists of approximately 36 air jet looms equipped to produce over 50 lakh meters per year. The Company has a fabric process house and yarn dyeing unit at Dombivli, District Thane, and a weaving unit at Ichalkaranji, District Kolhapur. The Company has installed a wind turbine of approximately 1.25 megawatts (MW) in Dhule, Maharashtra.
