It operates through providing consultancy services and the merchant banking services segment. Its merchant banking activities include public issue management including small and medium enterprises (SME) initial public offer (IPO), right issue management, takeover assignments, qualified institutional placement, buyback offer, delisting of securities, valuation, and various corporate advisory services that include assisting and advising the Company on the pre-IPO work and/or entire IPO process, listing of equity shares in preferential allotment/ ESOP, among others. It offers several services during the management of public issues, which include advising in finalization of capital structure, preparation of offer document, preparation of detailed marketing plan, and pre-issue marketing and finalization of advertising campaign, acting as a syndicate member and other services.
