Capital Infra Trust (the Trust), formerly National Infrastructure Trust, is an Infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), which is focused on investing in infrastructure projects mainly national highways. The Trust manages a diversified portfolio of infrastructure assets through special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Its operational highway projects function as independent entities within the InvIT umbrella. Its projects include Gawar Bangalore Highways Private Limited, Gawar Khajuwala Bap Highway Private Limited, Gawar Kiratpur Nerchowk Highway Private Limited, Gawar Narnaul Highway Private Limited, Gawar Nainital Highways Private Limited, Gawar Rohna Sonepat Highways Private Limited, Gawar Rohna Jhajjar Highway Private Limited, Hardiya Hasanpur Highway Private Limited and Dewas Ujjain Highway Private Limited.
