The Company is primarily engaged in the business of hospitality and managing the resort. The Company operates a hotel, Usha Ascot. Usha Ascot includes The Ascot Eatery (restaurant), The Ascot High Spirit (bar); Health Club; Discotheque: The Rainforest; Indoor-Outdoor recreation, Zazen Spa, and other features. It offers various facilities, such as cuisine, including Indian, Chinese, Continental food, a swimming pool with a sunken bar and an open restaurant, permit room, health club with steam room, Sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facility, indoor recreation like table tennis, carrom, and badminton in the outdoor, AC Pool Parlor, and discotheque, in-house laundry and bakery. Its conference and banquet facilities include Mel Milap Hall and The Brain Stromer. Its accommodation facilities include Luxury Villa, Ascot Suite, Executive Deluxe, and Deluxe Room.
