Asia Capital Limited is an India-based Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC). The primary business of the Company is making investments in securities and providing loans and advances. It provides structured term financing solutions to corporates and loans to small and medium enterprise (SME) borrowers. The Company buys, underwrites, invests in, acquires, holds shares, stocks, debentures, debentures-stock, bonds, mutual funds, obligations, and securities issued or guaranteed by any company constituted or carrying on business in India. The Company is also involved in the business of investing in land, buildings, houses, flats, commercial, agricultural, and mining properties.
