Anantam Highways Trust (the Trust) is an India-based infrastructure investment trust which proposes to invest in infrastructure assets, including in road infrastructure assets. The Trust shall have an initial portfolio consisting of the nine Project SPVs having an aggregate of 359.73 kms (1,434.86 lane kms), located across five states and one union territory in India, which comprises national highways that are located in the states of Karnataka, Telangana, Gujarat, Bihar, Tamil Nadu and one union territory of Puducherry. The projects consist of Dhrol Bhadra Highways Limited Project, Dodaballapur Hoskote Highways Limited Project, Repallewada Highways Limited Project, Viluppuram Highways Limited Project, Narenpur Purnea Highways Limited Project, Bangalore Malur Highways Limited Project, Malur Bangarpet Highways Limited Project, Poondiyankuppam Highways Limited Project, and DPJ Pollachi HAM Project Private Limited Project.
