Aadhar Housing Finance Limited is an India-based retail-focused housing finance company (HFC) that primarily serves the low-income housing segment. It primarily targets economically weaker and low-to-middle-income individuals seeking small-ticket mortgage loans. Most customers are first-time home buyers with limited access to formal credit. It also provides loans against property, as well as financing for property renovation, extensions, purchase of commercial properties and self-occupied residential properties. The loans offered by the Company include a home loan for salaried employees; home loan for self-employed; loan for plot purchase and construction; home improvement loan; home extension loan; loan against residential commercial property (LAP); balance transfer and top up; loan for purchase of non-residential property; home construction loan; loan for plot purchase; loan for construction of non-residential property; Aadhar Gram Unnati; PMAY 2.0, and Aadhar Green Housing.
