Global Vectra Helicorp Limited is an India-based private helicopter company. The Company is engaged in providing helicopter services. The Company's operations support the offshore oil and gas industry, onshore operations for state governments (very important person flying), election flying, helicopter pilgrimage and other rotary services. It also provides helicopter operations in the conduct of specialized aerial geophysical surveys and for power industry support services. The Company has its main operations and maintenance base at Juhu Airport, Mumbai with sub bases in various parts of India, including Juhu (Mumbai), S. Yanam, Rajahmundry, Suvali, Gadimoga, Imphal, Porbandar, Hyderabad, Itanagar, Katra, Raipur, Neelgrath and Vishakhapatnam. It provides services to its clients under long-term contracts. These contracts range from one to five and seven to ten years, including extension options. The Company's fleet includes Leonardo Helicopters, Bell Textron, Airbus Helicopters.
