Munoth Financial Services Limited is an India-based company, which provides portfolio management, merchant banking, depository and stock broking services. The Company operates through a single segment, which is Capital Market. The Company provides portfolio management service under both discretionary and non-discretionary basis. Its merchant banking services include initial public offering (IPO), rights issue, open offer, issues underwritten, valuation and certification for employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) conversion, ESOP assignment, valuation and certification for exit offer price, valuation-issue of share for sweat equity, merger and acquisition advisory and project report presentation. The Company provides institutional broking business and is empaneled with several public sector banks and insurance companies. The Company, as a depository participant, offers facilities to both institutional and retail investors to maintain their investments in securities in electronic form.
