Modern Shares and Stockbrokers Limited is an India-based company engaged in stockbroking. The Company offers a range of services covering retail broking, mutual fund distribution, research and advisory services. Its retail broking business caters to the needs of individual Indian and non-resident Indian (NRI) investors. It offers dealer-assisted trade execution and access to all initial public offerings (IPOs). It offers the purchase and sale of securities, which include equity and derivatives instruments listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSEIL), Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE). Its mutual fund distribution business provides advice on selecting mutual fund schemes. It provides intraday technical levels for all the BSE and NSE listed scrips. For swing trading clients, it provides technical levels by using specialist technical tools to catch every swing in the market. The Company also offers Market Wizard, a bi-monthly newsletter.
