CIL Securities Limited is an India-based medium-sized financial services company. The Company is engaged in the business of stocks, currency, and commodity broking, providing margin trading facilities, depository services, registrar, and transfer agents (RTA) Services, equity valuation and distributor of mutual funds. The Company operates through five segments: Securities Dealings & Broking, Merchant Banking, Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, Demat & Depository, and Consultancy Fee. Its services include securities trading, equity research cell, merchant banking, registrar and share transfer agent, and depository participant. As a merchant banker, the Company undertakes various activities, such as assisting companies desiring to enter the market from the stage of company formation to project financing and planning and execution of public issues, and corporate advisory services, including amalgamations, absorption and debt restructuring, among others.
